Disrupt

London
This project was inspired by my growing interest in the connection between health and fashion. During my research, I discovered a surprising truth: many sportswear fabrics can actually harm our skin. Designed to support physical health, activewear is often made from materials that release toxins or cause irritation, especially when we sweat. This means that while people are working to improve their health, their workout clothes might be doing the opposite.
The goal of this project is to highlight this irony. Through carefully crafted marketing materials, we aim to expose this hidden issue and challenge the industry norm. By sparking a conversation about the unseen risks of everyday activewear, we hope to encourage healthier, more sustainable fabric choices in fashion.
